Jennifer L. Tuso has over 15 years of professional experience working with a variety of animals, from bears and bats to parrots and large cats. She has been a zookeeper, wildlife and environmental educator, wildlife rehabilitator, and helped to operate a nonprofit pet rescue. Jennifer’s educational background includes a BA in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology as well as a degree in Animal Training and Management.
As a freelance writer since 2006, she uses her expertise, education, and life experiences in her writing. Other topics of expertise and published work include parenting, gardening, environmental, conservation, education, and travel.
