RAW vs JPEG for the Digital Photographer
This is a brief summary of the differences between the RAW and JPEG formats for storing images on a digital camera. Is is targeted to a photographer who has recently become interested in pursuing the digital medium seriously, and who has some experience with the photographic process, but minimal digital skills or knowledge, but it may be useful to any photographer interested in the advantages of RAW format over more common ones.
