Usually, I just ignore the low rent stuff because I know someone will do it.

But 10 cents per page? LOL Iz troll? srsly?

i remember this guy with his $5 articles but has 10000 of them. Are the eds not editing them? LOL

I just couldn't help myself with this one.

If you work very fast, you can probably get all 1000 done and earn your $65.00 (after CC cut) within a week :) That's almost a dollar a day!!

What is a good price per page for editing? I've never done it and have no idea really what would be fair.

A reasonable price for proofreading a page of around 300 words, from a professional, qualified proofreader, would be about $5 - $7.
