Issues adjusting license prices or adding keywords

Post by PaulMaplesden »

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with updating license prices (usage in this case) or adding keywords to the last box on the submissions page? I have some older articles that I want to add keywords to and reduce the license prices on, but when I click 'save changes', my amendments don't seem to stick. Has anyone else experienced an issue with this please?

I don't think you can. Found out the same way you did. Tried to update and it's a no-go. lol

Hmmm - So we can't reduce prices if articles aren't selling? That seems.... odd.

Yep, it's really annoying. We used to be able to experiment with prices and keywords, knowing that we could change them later if they didn't work. Now we're stuck with them forever and ever and ever :D

Are you guys saying this applies to all articles…? Because I was definitely just able to change prices and add keywords to an unsold article. So reducing prices in the hopes of getting a sale should still be possible, I think.

For usage? I think usage prices are the ones that stick.
