Mark Writer Pool Requests as Complete

Post by Constant »

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that we've added a new feature to the Writer Pool Requests section of your account. Now, when you're done writing all the content for a request you claimed, and it's all been approved by the editors, you can click the Complete button to let the client know it's all done, and get the request off your page. It will then be stored in your Completed Requests page, which can be found at the top right of the page. We're hoping this helps you keep your requests page more manageable.

I stopped doing that because at least two of my completed writer pool requests wound up being released to other writers, and the customer bought the other writers' articles instead of mine. I'm not sure if I was unclaiming the assignments by mistake, but now I just wait for the assignment to expire out of my queue after I've finished a writer pool assignment. If the customer doesn't pick up the article(s) within a day or so, I may drop an email as an FYI. :?
