Content Theft

Post by Constant »

I'd like to address the recent posts outlining some cases of content theft over the last week. We understand the frustration that many of you are feeling, because frankly, cases like this frustrate us too.

We want to reassure everyone that our developers are diligent in protecting your documents. They are aware of the vulnerability that allowed for some documents to be stolen, and in the last few days we have made two substantial improvements to the site that will prevent it from happening again. Submitting new documents is safe and secure.

We are very committed to both preventing content theft, and in cases where it takes place, resolving it. Our team will work with any affected writer to pursue content thieves and have the stolen content removed.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at Support.
