Introducing Content Credits

Hey everyone!

The Content Credits system is a way that customers can store value on their accounts that they can then use to instantly purchase articles, without having to go through a Paypal transaction every time.
One element of this update that writers will likely be interested in, is that in order to issue new requests, customers will now be required to have an existing credit on their account, indicating there is already some money on hand to pay for the order. This should help qualify customers and make sure only serious requests are sent out.
