Hello,
I paid $15 on paypal for an article I needed today. Prior to buying, your site said nothing about a delay. Not just a delay, but a lengthy delay. I paid, sent the confirming email as asked..no article. What's the deal guys. What happened to internet speed? It's time to get with the program. We're talking $15 dollars..not $1,500. I've never experienced this with any other paypal purchase.
