Even though I've been at CC for a few years, I've been pretty sporadic with it and haven't figured it out entirely. I've had this message from a customer:

Also, how do you engage in business with private clients on CC?

It's an introductory message from a potential private client. You can communicate with them via CC's messaging system and then advise them to create a private request (https://www.constant-content.com/about/ ... ontent.htm) if they want you to create specific content for them. Be aware that private clients are under no obligation to purchase content you create for them.
