More Entries and Shorter Paragraphs in Lists

Post by JDWhang »

I tend towards writing list articles at about 500 words with 4-5 entries each, but lately I've been seeing requests for 500 word articles with 8-9 entries. Do you find that articles with more entries and shorter descriptions sell better?

I suppose it depends. I guess if you see more entries, you would assume the article is better or more complete? (Thinking from the customer side of things)

If I have 10 entries, I'm usually hitting the 800+ word count, so I'd charge more, so I try to keep it at 500-600 words.
