Gardening Articles?

Does anyone here focus on gardening articles? If so, do they sell well for you?

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the season.

I write a lot of gardening articles everywhere I write, and it does have to do with the season. The trend is toward backyard veggie gardening right now, and sustainable and organic gardening, so stick with those topics, and you'll do fine. Don't write about seasonal things, just keep them evergreen, like "How to Plant in Sand," or "How to Build a Compost PIle." Those two topics are way overdone, but you get what I mean. You need something that someone can read every month of the year for planning and learning purposes. Don't get too nichey with it. "How to Grow Organic Vegetables in Containers" will go over better than "How to Grow Organic Vegetables in Whiskey Barrels." The more general, the better.
