Sample License/Contract

I'm networking locally and will be giving a talk soon about the value of content for marketing. Apart from recommending my work on this site, I want to tell them if they hire me personally to write for them I can give them a choice of licenses. So my question is, what do I give them as a license? Do I write up a license or contract?
