Pros and Cons of Pen Names?

Do most of you use pen names? I understand the desire for anonymity, but would also like to be able to claim my work if other writing opportunities arise.

It varies. Some do. I use my previous married name for my byline because that is how I have always been known as a writer. Whatever you use, don't forget to include your byline in your article document as, unless it is obvious, those who don't buy full rights will not be obliged to display it.
