Did you put up some postings up on fora20.com under the name Andromeda? I registered and put a bit up and had no problems. What kind of issues did you have? I have been seeing some changes on the site (images & stuff), but I still think they are building it out. I checked out the domain and it was only registered on Aug 25, 2010.
I emailed them through their contact form and asked about the site. They said the main reason for starting the site was to provide a forum for buyers and sellers of services that want to charge more than $5 like fiverr does.
They seemed real coureous and prompt. Also, I already got a sale off of there.
I wouldn't discount them just yet. If you need any help getting set up on there, let me know. I can help you out.
I have listed on fiverr, tenbux, and now also fora20 and have had success on all of them.
