Writing frequently on subjects

Just wanted to post here something I said in Article Rejections in response to someone else's post--

It's important to keep in mind that if you write frequently on any certain subject to be mindful of the words you use. Our 'voices' do come through in our writing, and quite often, sayings repeat themselves in article to article if we aren't careful on how we are wording things.

It has happened to me--I was accused of plagarizing and when I went to find this 'plagarism', I found an article *I* wrote that I'd sold to someone who posted them on their website. My voice came through so thoroughly that I did repeat myself in parts, word for word.

Just a reminder to be mindful of your voice when you are writing articles, especially if they are on topics you write frequently about.
