Simple site suggestion

When a user is logged off and clicks on "requests," they see a message that says "There are no requests."
If that text were changed to "You must be logged in to see requests," it might prevent newer contributors from thinking there aren't any requests and leaving the site simply because they got logged out when they went to do something else.
