10 days and still no review ...

I wrote an article for a public request and submitted it more than ten days ago. It is still waiting for review and the request has apparently expired. I have written a couple of articles for this requester before and they were scooped up quickly. I guess I've just lost the anticipated sale because this article was not seen by the requester. Is anyone available to move it out of the queue.
