Constant Content

I had my first revision request last week, and I had a lot of problems with the revision software. The type font would change on its own. I removed the entire article, put it in a text editor to remove all formatting and reinserted it into the revision software. Once again, not all paragraphs were visible in the same font and size. I spent two hours trying to make the content uniform. It never happened and I ended up resubmitting it in frustration AS IS... I have had no response yet. I don't know if it goes back to an editor or right to the client. This is an important client and I don't want to upset them. All they wanted were a few things added to the content that was already completed.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with the revision software?
