Problem with Professional Certifications in Edit Account

I am having some trouble updating my account information. I happen to have 2 separate "certifications" that I would like to include for the Education and Expertise section. The website, however, seems to only be able to save one selection. It allows me to select a 2nd certification, but there is still only 1 certification displayed on my bio after I have saved.

Has anyone else successfully saved multiple Professional Certificates in the Education and Expertise section?
