Unwanted side effect from opting out of request emails

Post by Antonia »

So the good news is I got a private request out of the blue from a new customer. Unfortunately, it was sitting there for several days before I realized it! I never got a notification about it, and I think it's because I have email alerts turned off for requests. I don't want to get an email for every single public request, but I DO want to get notifications for private requests. Is there any way to have one but not the other?

I can't answer your question but one of the benefits to staying subscribed to the Public Request emails is that you might see a request for something that you have in your inventory. Worked for me already. Some buyers don't search first, or do not use a search term that matches your keywords.
