Error 404 after submitting an article

Hi Everyone. I'm a newbie - last Friday afternoon I submitted an article. There was a delay then an error 404 page appeared so I do not know whether my article had been received. I emailed Support straightaway (website probem) asking if my submission had gone through but so far I have had no response. My account shows zero for articles under review so I am assuming it has not been received. However, assumptions can often be wrong so I do not want to repeat again until I know. Any suggestions please?

It was a holiday weekend, so emails to Support sent during this time would not have been answered. I can check to see if your article is the queue if you can provide your author name and the title of the article.

The error message prevented your article from being submitted. You currently have no articles under review.
