No responses from support or pay?

So... Sent two mails to support in regards to an article that was refunded from my account but hadn't sold. I should have been paid at the end of the month, but I wasn't. Anyone else having issues?

I've not heard anything from Support regarding an article that's been "waiting" for weeks - normally I at least get an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
At least I got paid though - not getting the money that's due to you really sucks.
Let us know if you manage to get this resolved

Just a request for my paypal address and nothing else. This sucks. I have bills to pay and medications to buy. I've also got 6 articles due today that I'm too scared to upload because they've not paid.

Not sure what the deal was, but support thankfully was able to sort everything out today!
