Anyone have experience on the customer side?

I have a customer that said they tried to send me a private order request for a casting call they selected me for. It did not come through and they have contacted support and asked me to contact them as well. I haven't heard back yet and I feel bad because I know they needed these soon. Does anyone know the process for placing a private order on the client side that I could maybe tell them to make sure they were able to follow all the steps?

Thank you I have sent the links to them so hopefully it helps out. They said they will try to contact support again as well, but may just redoing he process might work quicker.
