Hi All

A customer has offered me a reduced price for one of my articles. He didn't do this by using the formal request facility (as far as I know), he simply emailed me and asked if I would accept a lower price. I have tried to change the price of the article by going to the article and clicking on 'edit' and then changing the price, but I keep getting kicked off the page and taken back to the list of articles! Does anyone know how to change the price of an article?

You should be able to change the price by editing the amount shown. Don't forget to click on 'save changes.I just changed one that way so it should be working.....'

Ok, thanks for your response. I think that's what I was trying to do but it didn't seem to be working. I will have another try and if I can't do it I'll contact CC.
