Hi, can someone explain how the public requests system works? I wrote for a public request, submitted the article to the review queue using the drop-down menu - and it disappeared! I have never seen it again. It wasn't purchased, nor did it go into a catalogue, so what happened to it? It was the first time I'd written for a public request - can anyone tell me whether I did something wrong or what happened to the article? Thanks for your help!
