Hi. I deleted an article from my library months ago to change a minor detail. Tonight, I resubmitted it. Do I need to add a note to the editor? How? I wanted to, but there wasn't room in the submission form to add a note. I just want to let CC folks know it's the same article as before, with some details changed. Also, I double-checked and I know I haven't sold the article somehow. I'm paranoid about getting flagged for plagiarism or something else not allowed in the guidelines.

When I need to send a note to an editor about an article, I place it at the end of the short summary. It seems to work.
