Question about linking to constant-content

Okay, so I was slowly trying to come up with a site that would be to help webmasters who want to build/improve their site.
We are allowed to link to this site, for people looking for content right? I was thinking about making a section that focussed on content, and why it is fundamental in having their site succeed.
So a link to this site would be both helpful to the visitors, and good for all of us too (if you know what I mean!). But do you have any tips on how I can go about it so that the portion of the site doesn't sound like a big advertisement for this place?
