Newbie Question - How do I change the font size to 12 pt.?

My first submission was rejected because of formatting, specifically inappropriate font type and size. I've figured out how to change the text font but still not the size, though. My size options only go from 1 to 6; there is no 12 point font. Am i missing something? Thanks!
