Deleting a rejected article

Hi, Can someone tell me how to delete a rejected article from "My Cotents" page, please. I tried several times by pressing the delete button but it's still showing that it's on there. Thanks much.

After you press delete it will take you back to the article and at the top of the page it will ask you (in very small letters!) if you are sure that you want to delete.

Click yes and it should be removed.

Expnding on Cathleen's comments - it'll pop around sometimes if you're using IE. Look the whole page up and down for the "are you sure" message and button. Clear your cache often in IE.
