Macros

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to prevent a macro from sliding into one of my documents unnoticed. I never use them and always have all "smart" features turned off, yet somehow my last submission was kicked back for having a macro in it. How can I be sure my documents are clean before I upload them?

An easy tip is to save as a txt file - then all of that extra crap that word files are bloated with should be removed
