How do you write publisher and copyright information in a book review?

Not sure both are really needed, but you might try: Book Title, published by Publisher in 2011, is this summer's most satisfying read.

I would find the mention of a copyright irrelevant if I were reading a book review as it's assumed that the book is copyrighted. If the copyright has expired and that fact is relevant to the review, maybe put it in. But even then, I'm not sure how necessary that information would be to readers.

Some sites include basic info about books before or after reviews, so if you want to include that info for the site owner's convenience, you could include it at the end of the document such as:

Book Details

Book Title: ABC
Author: Joe Blow
Publisher: XYZ
Edition: 2nd Edition
Copyright: 2007
Language: English
