Book titles in article title

How do you write a book title in the article title? Can it be written in italics or underlined, the old-fashioned way?
Yep, it should be italicized or underlined in your .doc document. That formatting won't show up in the title you type into the submission form or on the sample image, but that shouldn't matter too much. Hopefully your customer will preserve the formatting when they post it on the web.
