I am a new writer, so forgive my ignorance. I wrote an public request article, "The Best Mother's Day Gift Ideas". I am confused about what the customer wanted. Was I supposed to write a very general article making "jewelery" one of the ideas? Was I not supposed to reference specific pieces of jewelery? I made the mistake of not reading the guidelines before I wrote the piece. I understand the reasoning for not including links. However, when I saw the "link" option on the writer interface, I figured I was supposed to include links! (If we are not supposed to use links, why is this even there?)
I also noted that I am not allowed to resubmit the article. Can I write a new article and submit it to the customer?
