Hi! It looks like the editors asked for a small revision and that's why the customer hasn't been able to purchase and download the content. If you want to make the adjustment I'll make sure we get it sent over to the customer right away.

Hey guys. Sorry - some messages weren't being sent through correctly, but as you've guessed, it has been fixed.

Thinks of being added to a client's project as being added to their team. When they issue requests, only you and other team members will be able to claim them.

It does seem like some writers aren't able to click the claim button. Very sorry for that - if you want to email sluard @constant-content.com and let her know what requests (or types of requests) you want, we can try to get them directly assigned to you. We are working to fix this asap.

I've done one of them and had it sent back for revisions, which I'll do tomorrow. Hi Stacy. Sorry, that link is pointing to the Edit My Account page, where you used to be able to update those fields. You'll now want to visit the Request Settings page to fill out those details and select what categories and types of writing you want to be considered for requests in.
