Re: A note on suspensions
Agreed, I have been nervous about posting more articles due to the concerns on the forum with strange rejects from editors and did not want to run afoul of that. Just out of interest Eric, what do you consider to be an 'established' writer, in terms of number of articles accepted etc? Once you've h...

Re: fairly priced spec vs. underpriced team: which is better
Agreed, Gail Kavanagh. I would just like to add a request that, if and when the rules for claiming articles are updated, it results in a transparent process which is fully explained to writers. And I would really like to be reassured that there are measures in place to improve email response time. ...

Re: fairly priced spec vs. underpriced team: which is better
My dealings with the editors lately have been supremely frustrating. I had a number of private requests with short deadlines and somewhat esoteric subjects that I did accept and manage to complete in the time allowed. What was frustrating was that all of the articles I submitted for private request...

Re: Newbie question about public request content
All editorial feedback should show up on the Notifications page in your account. You should also get an email sent to you, so Lysis' advice would be good to look into as well.

Re: fairly priced spec vs. underpriced team: which is better
Hi Eric, thanks for responding! Would you be able to clarify the distinction between the 'writers pools' that are created by customers and the other writers' pools that you mention as also paying competitive rates, please. Could you also say whether there is a target response time for messages sent...

A note on suspensions
Hi everyone, There have been several threads about account suspensions on here recently with a lot of different points brought up, so I wanted to post and clarify the situation. First, I want to express that we take account suspensions very seriously and aren’t eager to suspend a writer’s account. O...

Re: fairly priced spec vs. underpriced team: which is better
I agree that this latest project is priced somewhat low. I do want to clarify though, that these "writer pools" you're talking about are not created by Constant Content. As we're a marketplace to connect customers and writers, the customers are able to offer a price they're comfortable pay...

Re: Rejection for 'not saving changes'
Are you updating the content in the Content Editor on the site, or are you attaching new files? You'll need to make sure that the Content Editor has the updated content as that's what the editors will review and what customers will be provided with.

Re: The New Revision System: Honest Fedback
For instance, your email isn't clear on whether or not we will be able to refuse a revision request. If we refuse, and the client doesn't buy, haven't they seen 100% of the article? Blackhatters will use this break in the system to get access to articles. Then they'll use OCR software to rip them. ...

Please review your email records. On April 15th you were notified that one of your articles was returned and that you retained full rights to it. You then asked us to delete your account, which we have done and confirmed with you.

Sorry guys - documentation is coming for these new features. You do need to have 5 articles accepted in a category/area of expertise for it to be listed on your profile.

Please email us at Support if you'd like to see a certification added. We're definitely open to adding more, but we are planning to keep certifications in a drop down to allow us to easily allow customers to search through them in the future.
