Resubmitting a deleted article.
Hi. I deleted an article from my library months ago to change a minor detail. Tonight, I resubmitted it. Do I need to add a note to the editor? How? I wanted to, but there wasn't room in the submission form to add a note. I just want to let CC folks know it's the same article as before, with some de...

Re: How are your sales doing?
Same here. I actually don't sell all that well when writing about popular topics, because I guess since I don't know it that well, I don't write about it that well. I get lots of views, but not many takers. On the other hand my wayyyyy different stuff that almost no other writer would ever cover us...

Re: How are your sales doing?
I sell whenever I write an article on a popular subject. Still, I don't worry about what topics to write about anymore. I just write what I think I can write well. Sure, they sell more slowly, but I would rather write stuff about topics I'm knowledgeable about than force the issue and write about wh...

Re: What happened to assignments? Or is it just me?
I wonder how many people make it to the Experts Teams? Maybe CC is heading in a new direction (at least in part), building up teams for repeat customers that want articles from specific writers they trust.

Word count not updating?
I submitted an article last night. Today, I edited it while it was still in the queue. After I saved the changes, I noticed that the word count stayed the same. Yet I know I added about 200 words to it. Is this normal? Does this mean we have to manually update the word count when we edit an article?...

Bulk Offers by Authors.
Hi Constant Content staff and writers! I would like to suggest a "bulk" feature for our articles. Here's how I envision it to work: An author chooses articles in his/her own library to include in the bulk offer. The author sets the price for this combo, but CC will set a maximum discount p...

Re: Errors in other authors' articles.
That was my worry too. My concern was that if the same client bought two articles on the same topic (by different authors), the information might be contradictory. One would be accurate and the other inaccurate. And the buyer would have to deal with the consequences on their website. But my guts tol...

Errors in other authors' articles.
What should we do if we find errors or misleading information in another writer's article (through the preview)? Leave it alone?

Re: Need to update an approved article.
Thanks, Isabel! I'll do that now before somebody buys it. I wonder, when we delete an article, does it change the total number of articles the author has written (as it appears in author profile)?

Need to update an approved article.
Hello CC,
I need to delete an approved article. There were recent changes in one of the sites I wrote about that aren't reflected in the article. Can I delete it, edit and then resubmit it under the same title?

Re: Will deleting an article have any adverse effects?
Thanks for the advice! I will go ahead and do that. Yes, I think if you look back at your older articles and you feel like disowning them, it's time to hit the "Delete" button.

Will deleting an article have any adverse effects?
I want to delete an old article I wrote. Will there be any negative consequences to my writer profile / account other than having one less article in my library? I also am thinking of deleting a recent article to edit it and resubmit it as a new article. There's something I just realized I could add...

Thanks all! It got released a while back and is now back to "view" status. I guess I'll wait for someone else to snatch it up!

Episode guides?
Does any kind of episode guides sell? I'm too dull a writer to write an entertaining review of TV shows and movies, but I might give this a shot.
