If someone makes me an offer and I accept it, is that all I do or do I have to go to my content and change the price?

Re: Commas
you might just want to move the sentence around. i.e. presently it sounds like the participants were published maybe something like "a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, which questioned over 25,000 participants, found... or make it into separate sentences so no...

Re: Current Review Times?
We "want it now" because some of us are trying to make a livelihood out of what we love to do.
I submitted 2 articles Aug. 29 & 30 for a public request with a deadline of Aug. 30. There they still sit under review. The deadline is past.

Correcting Versus Re-Submitting
What do the editors prefer in this scenario? If an article is rejected with a few problems, if I decide to re-write parts or even entire paragraphs beyond what they mentioned in the rejection, is it better to delete and resubmit as new or just reload as corrected?

Re: Is mature content OK? (not erotica)
I don't know but I do know I got slapped - a rejection - for writing something like "you might end up saying this really sucks!" I was told it wasn't mature or respectable. Yet, I know there are bloggers that want to purchase conversational material of a sarcastic nature. I also once submi...

Re: Second Rejection, Same Article
It happens. Relax. If I get rejections I feel are frustrating or discouraging I either let them sit until my mood changes before editing it or I redo the entire thing. Other simple rejections I resubmit and might have forgotten something. There is both pleasure and pain in writing, it comes with the...

Re: Submitting Private Request
Lynn what you posted is different than what I was referring to. That is referring to giving them your private email address and trying to work outside of CC. I am using the CC system of communication. What I meant was cutting and pasting sections into the CC email reply system to make sure you are o...

Re: Submitting Private Request
what do you think about giving a draft to the client by private email before putting it through the editors just to make sure you're on the right track?

Re: Can't Contact Content Buyer ??????????????????
Constant-Content has their own rules about how things are done and it works for them. You either choose to participate or not. You can only contact a customer if there is a private request. Even if you could contact the client there is no guarantee they would buy your work. It is open to everyone to...

Submitting Private Request
I have my first private request.
When I'm done do I still submit it for editing the same way as other articles i.e. not send it back to the requester?
Does CC still take 35% of private requests? Unfortunately, that's a lot as my $100 project would then go to $65.

Reusing Blog Posts
Just checking about reusing blog posts. I'm changing them to take out the first person, but I think I can submit because I am the original author right? I don't have to only submit under use right?

Re: article rejected
Good noticing the American vs. Canadian spelling of behavior. I agree it should all be the same. Re: The question mark, it depends on whether the entire sentence is a question or just the word(s) in the quotes, ie: Did she really say, “Carbon is a liquid gas”? Where is your copy of "The Raven&q...
