Re: Revision of Sold Articles.
From CC's help section for customers: Requesting Revisions On Catalog Content The revision system can also be used to request updates to any content you purchase from Constant Content's catalog. To do this, you'll first need to purchase the Full Rights to an article. You'll then be able to request a...

No. Although the expectation is there, no obligation exists. Good luck with it!~

Re: Use-Only Article Changed -- What to Do?
You can attempt to contact the client through the website where it is posted and explain the issue. Perhaps, they aren't aware that they need to include your name. You can also ask someone at CC to assist, but I am not sure that they will intervene for you. Good luck!~

Re: Slow Paying Clients
So sorry this is still happening to you. I've been having an issue with a large client, and CC has yet to respond to me and it has been weeks. It just doesn't seem fair that we have to meet tight deadlines, and then the client can take weeks and weeks to pay. I hope you get your money soon, but my e...

Re: Slow Paying Clients
Hang in there, monkeypie! It's been my experience that CC works hard to resolve this issue. You just might not get any emails about it until you get the one stating that the content has sold! WG~

Re: Green font color on new site
I've noticed that some private request articles are showing as available for public sale. I'm guessing this is a glitch that needs correcting.
I also use Firefox and notice the same issues as Abbamay!

Re: Green font color on new site
Thank you Eric for responding. The contrast is perhaps my biggest issue. Lighter fonts are difficult for many people to see on a white background. As Celeste mentioned, the darker blue and black font of the older version of the site were easier to read. I also have to refresh the page when claiming ...
