Re: Any Changes I Should Know About?
To find recent threads regarding editors, try the forum search for the keyword 'editor'. https://www.constant-content.com/forum/search.php Editing is quite slow lately as the lead editor is/was on holidays and they're apparently short editors at the moment. It depends which editor you get as to what...

Re: Long Delay in Review
I've few "X tips for Y in 2019" articles in draft. Wondering if I should redraft for 2020... :| I published my 2019 marketing trends articles earlier in the year (https://www.constant-content.com/area/browse.htm?start=0&author=44015&keywords=2019&docSearch=true) to make sure I...

My oldest is Nov 6th, but I was away and didn't submit anything for about a week before that.
(Private requests are still going through reasonably quickly)

Re: Long Delay in Review
You're not alone with the slowdown in editing times.
Try emailing writers@constant-content.com or sstewart@constant-content.com to see if they can shed any light on the situation and/or give your October submission a kick in the pants.

Re: Does "advanced search" actually work?
I've found the 'advanced search' function works best if you choose 'full rights' AND choose the same price for the minimum and maximum price, e.g. $49.99 as the minimum and $49.99 as the maximum. https://www.constant-content.com/area/browse.htm?docSearch=true&keywords=marketing&category=&...

Re: Are Cheap Rates Killing CC?
$20 per article on Constant Content seems to be a common theme these days (based on recent sales https://www.constant-content.com/account/sold_content.htm). Guess this is why: https://www.constant-content.com/area/browse.htm?start=0&minLicNew=20&maxLicNew=20&minWords=300&frlic=on&...

Re: It sure would be helpful if...
The editors perused and answered our questions more often. Some are a bit technical, and it can be hard to find information on them. At other times, the reason for a rejection can be ambiguous. Peer support is awesome, and I appreciate it, but there are times when concrete answers to some of our mo...

I'm in Chris' LinkedIn network and he apparently went somewhere else, so I lost him sending people to my profile.

Re: Change in CC Clients
> change in clients Anything in particular? I've been muting request notifications more frequently lately thanks to 'storms' of emails about the same crappy request, so I'm probably missing quite a few. Based on 'writing ideas' sales in September/October, the topics/target markets seem to be shifti...

Re: Word Count Weirdness
Ok, an article that was just approved shows a word count that's way off the real figure. 166.1% higher to be precise  And it seems my articles still in review have the word count as an editable field, which I don't remember seeing before. Anyone else? Just checked my 'in review' articles and ...

Re: Forbidden Words on CC
FYI: Apparently the word 'unsexy' is forbidden on Constant Content (even though it's been accepted before: https://www.constant-content.com/area/browse.htm?smatchis=all&mbasictype=71&keywords=unsexy&goSearch=). What other words have you had rejected by CC editors? Now not only is ...
