When public requests are sent what might we use the "reply" button for? Would we really communicate with the buyer? I have just been submitting through the submit area, not replying.

Is it important to write keyword rich items at CC, or are there a variety of clients who may not care about that?

A recent requester wants articles with diagrams or photos. I think I read that diagram adding isn't something CC allows for. Is this correct? And should a writer just try to submit text anyhow.
