Re: Moving Article from Private Order to Public Catalog?
I really don't think that CC would flag it as duplicate content.. I have done something similar in the past when a client suddenly cancelled a project that I had already written and had a few articles accepted for. I deleted, tweaked them, and resubmitted. This is of course assuming that they haven'...

Re: First Time Rejection Reason
Evaku - WRITE those five articles this week!!!! :) Well I wasn't able to do it that week but I am at 1004 right now and will be at 1008 by the end of today :) woohoo! Now my next goal is to have 1000 full rights licenses but I am a ways away from that! Around 750 I believe. Evaku - I put "Conc...

Re: How To Put Title in Italics In Long Sumary
I don't think it's a bug, the long summary has just never worked like that as far as I know. It's just plain text, no formatting. I usually bold my headings but they don't show up like that in the summary. I don't really mind too much and just let it do it's thing. When I am writing for the catalog ...

Re: Firt Time Rejection Reason
Well its strange because up until maybe two months ago I was always able to get away without writing a conclusion for a list article. Then I got rejected for it and even after a that rejection I managed to sneak a few in there without conclusions. Then I got rejected again for it and decided to just...

Re: Firt Time Rejection Reason
Yup I've noticed that they are paying more attention to conclusions as well. It used to be that you could get away with a list article that didn't have a conclusion (they just seem better to me without one), but now I have to make sure to always include one. Seems a little frustrating to be told tha...

Re: Problem with a rejection for a request
I have never had any issue with using hyperlinks. I've never put them in a catalog article but I do it all the time for requests.
And as was already mentioned, if you are just copying and pasting source links then just remove the www so that it's not live.

Re: Will I lose full license if....
I'd go a higher percentage with usage or even the same/almost the same as full. Articles don't really sell multiple times anymore. Usually it's just a client wanting a discount and hoping no one else buys it. So unless you have somewhere else to post the article or want to be able to use it as a sa...

Re: Original Content Rejected as Unoriginal
You haven't been banned form constant content have you? I've been here a few years now and I love this site. I always write 100% completely original pieces but I worry that one day I might accidently write a sentence or two that someone, somewhere on the internet has written before and get flagged f...

Re: Well, that was a bit frustrating
The second editor marked TONS of "mistakes" that the first editor had approved as a good article. Not only that, but the second editor disagreed with one of my points (it wasn't a grammar mistake, but an opinion) that I had written out of my own personal experience about a certain type of...

Re: Stolen Articles
So it actually turns out that the site in question had purchased my article from iWriter, which infuriates me even more!! They were nice enough to take it down "in good faith," and I'm very grateful that this wasn't more difficult than it had to be. It has been wonderful dealing with them,...

Re: Improving A Poor Sales Rate
Your catalog sales are about the same as min, Pellucidean, so I can't really offer you any tips on that. All I can tell you though is to keep at it if you can, even if you need to write less because you need to find some other work to make ends meet. Just stay consistent and keep delivering content,...

Re: Stolen Articles
Wow thank you for all the comments and good info guys :) I did contact the site (with a very sternly worded e-mail  ) and got a very brief e-mail today that makes it seem as if they will do something about it, so I am hopeful and will keep my eye on it for the next few days. I do Google some o...

Stolen Articles
Hey everyone! A client of mine just let me know that an article he purchased had long ago been scraped and posted here: edit -- the article was taken down I've contacted CC and the site, and I'm just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions. I know that Google has a copyright removal page. Has ...

Re: Semi Monthly Pay Question
Yup the money goes to your paypal right away. Payments are made on the 1st and the 15th, unless of course those days fall on a weekend or a holiday.
