Re: Slow Paying Clients
It has now been a month since the job in question began. I devoted a LOT of time and effort to this client's request and expected to be paid two pay periods ago. This was NOT an open order job; I accepted a request that was sent to me. I did the work, the client commended my writing, then.... nothin...

Re: Slow Paying Clients
Thanks for the encouragement, Lysis. To say this frustrating is putting it rather mildly. This joker owes me nearly $300, which would have been the lion's share of this week's pay. The work I did is so specific to him, I won't be able to recycle it to anyone else, ever. I should have stated that it ...

Slow Paying Clients
What do you guys do when a client orders a boatload of articles, says that he likes them, but then takes forever to buy them? I claimed a job that called for 30 articles several weeks ago. When I had ten of them completed, the client messaged me, said he liked my work but purchased only four of them...

Re: Zozi Team
Hi, Maybe you can simply write the content and submit it to the request as you would normally? I hear your frustration, though, and I'm really sorry that this is happening to you. Good luck!~ WG Thanks, Gypsy, but that is impossible. We are instructed to log into the client's site and upload work t...

Zozi Team
It must seem that I complain a lot. Truth is, I only ask questions here in the forum when all other options are exhausted. This regards the ZOZI team. I was invited to apply, I reviewed and understood all docs we were told to see, I attended and participated in the GoTo meeting. I received a notice ...

Re: Another Missed Payday?
Sigh. September first was my birthday, and no CC payday for me.
This is the third month in a row that I've had to resort to forum posts in order to be paid for my work.
Am I the only one? I can't even say how frustrating this is, and I am NEVER at a loss for words!
Aaaaaaaurghhhh!!

...and now it's September 4th, and this oldtimer thinks she may have been overlooked on payday YET AGAIN.
Has anyone else received a September payment? Just wondering.

Re: Another Missed Payday?
Not loving this! I have bills due on the third, and now they're going to have hefty late fees added. There goes any small profit I may have realized from the sale of articles here. If CC knew Monday was a Canadian holiday, why didn't they pay writers on the first? We work hard to make CC look good. ...

Another Missed Payday?
Any chance writers will be paid today? It's the third of August and the day is getting late.
Last month, I had to post my pay query several times before CC noticed that I had somehow been skipped. Hope that hasn't happened again.
If anyone knows anything, please advise. Thanks.

Vanishing Writer Pool Requests
Just now, I received a flurry of new emails, each one a notice of a newly-posted writer pool job. Dozens of them! I clicked immediately and found nothing. I have been on this team a while, and I do a lot of writing for the client. I have a feeling something is wrong with the CC request system, or th...

Re: Payday Before the Long Holiday Weekend?
...and now it's nearly three o'clock and STILL no pay. The client asked for a rush and said I would be paid EARLY, if anything.
She just messaged me and asked if I had been paid yet.
Sigh.

Please hurry! It's been more than an hour since CC said I'd be paid right away. Gotta scram out the door in 30 minutes....

Payday Before the Long Holiday Weekend?
Just wondering (and I hope CC sees this soon!) if we can expect a payday before the July 4th weekend. Does anyone know?
