SEO Houston Pros Steals Content
Heads up to Constant Content writers that SEO Houston Pros steals content from Constant Content. Just discovered an entire white paper of mine on their blog. There goes a $500 article down the drain. https://seohoustonpros.com/blog Hopefully this forum post starts to show up in Google search ...

Re: Things You Think New CC Editors Should Know
Apparently Constant Content is going to be bringing on new editors to help with the current backlog situation. What are some things you think new editors should know? - Personal preferences shouldn't dictate editing. If it's not forbidden in CC's extended guidelines, ask yourself whether the edit y...

Re: Monthly Forum Blasts to Writers
Can you please clarify what you mean by "Top Writers"? Revenue per article? Largest numbers of sales? Most revenue earned for Constant Content?
Personally, I would rather work smarter, not harder.

Re: A quick question about categories
Thank you! I hadn't thought to use Writing Ideas like that - definitely going to in future though! You're welcome! When you start collecting Constant Content data you can spot topic trends, discover title trends, and even monitor which keywords appear the most in sold article titles. Data analysis ...

Re: A quick question about categories
I track monthly sales (via the Writing Ideas tab) to see which categories have the most sales. When you have an article appropriate for more than one category, try placing it in the category with the most sales. In the case of parenting vs mental health, parenting would be your best bet based on sal...

Re: Help! Revision request
HG's approach is a good one, but I'd ask myself if I wanted a raging customer as a long-term client... For me, it's all about the approach. Raging client = thank you, but no thank you. Want to build a long-term writing relationship on Constant Content that is profitable for us both? Tell me about y...

Life's too short :) This is why I didn't even consider working on revisions and why I wouldn't have written his articles in this instance. It's the holiday season, I'm away from today and I've no mental space to deal with it any further. Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas! Completely agree. I cha...

Re: Help! Revision request
It's up to you whether you accept revision requests on articles purchased from your catalog. You can reject the revision request or propose a price you're prepared to accept for making edits. Personally, I would rather write a custom article for a client at a NEW price and have the old one returned ...

Re: Is article age factored into CC's internal search engine
My understanding is that search results are displayed newest to oldest. I'm still selling content from 2014, so evergreen definitely sells. Make sure your short summary (especially) and your keywords box include the search terms your target buyers will be using, even if those words aren't necessaril...

Re: An editorial rule about writing without the word You
I had two articles rejected for use of the word You in the title and the body. The rejections came with these reasons: 1. In title (Are You a New Immigrant? You Need to Avoid Rejections On Your First Credit Card Applications), rephrase to remove you and your. You could say, "New Immigrants and...
