Re: Green font color on new site
I am having difficulty in reading the new site as well. Anyone with vision problems will not be able to read it. I love the look of the new site, but I don't think they should be playing with colored text. If a client can't read it, they won't stick around. For now I am still using the old site, but...

Re: How do you attach images?
It can be done. I have a client that requires a large quantity of images from time to time. It was explained to me to submit my article the usual way. After it is submitted I submit a file called article images. It contains nothing, but after I submit it,I go to edit and upload a zip file with the i...

Re: New Constant Content Site
I love the new site except for one thing. I can't read the light gray -almost silver- text (R-102 G-102 B-102). On the project page and other pages, I have to copy and paste the text into notepad in order to read it...with my glasses on. Anyone with a vision problem is going to experience difficulti...

Re: First Time Rejection Reason
Thanks for the congrats everyone... My new goal is 2000 by December. I have a business, but am semi-retired so have a bit more time now. Both of my articles had already been approved and were in the catalog and I decided to make a couple of deletions. I noted that in the small summary. ScriptMaster ...

Firt Time Rejection Reason
I hadn't had a rejection in a long time, so when I saw the notice in my email I was anxious to read it. I was quite surprised to find there were no grammatical errors in the text, but the editor though my two sentence conclusion should be longer and contain greater details. Coming from a journalism ...

Re: Holiday?
I believe the reason people think the 15th is the actual payday is because we usually get paid then, even though it is not guaranteed.

Re: My Copyright Was Crossed Out
The History Of Mankind By My Name Copyright 2015 (I use the symbol) I do this for all my articles and I always list them for one price. When people buy it for full rights, they can remove the copyright. I always put it there because several of my private clients leave my name on the article on their...

Re: Problem with Private Request emails
After reading the post, I went and checked on mine and sure enough I had two private requests I didn't know about. Just as I logged in here, they came into my email, so I do believe you are correct in thinking it has been addressed and corrected.

My Copyright Was Crossed Out
For the first time ever, I had an article rejected with my copyright marked out. Has anyone else had that happen? I removed the line and resubmitted it with a note to the editor. I hope it was a mistake and not something new.

Re: Review Times Seem Slow
So, I just realized that the article that I had resubmitted after a revision didn't resubmit. So, I tried again. No dice. It took a couple weeks for it to get reviewed in the first place, so maybe these issues are causing a backlog for review. I had that happen to me and finally I contacted support...

Re: Add pics to articles would be winning
When I first started at CC, they offered writers the opportunity to sell images as well. It didn't work and was discontinued. I have private clients that occasionally ask for an image or two to go with an article and I accommodate them by sending the image to their client rep and it is forwarded to ...

Casting Calls
I would appreciate if the amount the client wants to pay for the articles was included in the casting call. It is embarrassing to respond to a call and then if you are invited find out the articles are long and the pay is little. The writer is left with two choices. !. Tell the client you have chang...

Re: Having a Lot of Trouble :(
I have had the same problem for a few days. Today I have been able to connect off and on and submit a few articles, but it is not consistent. I am sure they are working on it. I guarantee you it is on the top of CC's priority list to have the site functioning right and fast. Just keep writing and it...
