Re: What the heck is going on?

I'm not going to give a company indicted for money laundering access to my banking information.

Re: What the heck is going on?

This place has been going downhill for a while. I quit uploading here in January, but I still sell some stuff. A month later and they still can't figure this out. Now they want me to email my bank routing and account number to a staff that clearly doesn't have their act together. I'll be pulling all...

Site Broken

Not that I expect anyone to read this, but the site isn't accepting new content. Generates a 403 error and then may or may not log be back out.
Tried 4 times, so I'm giving up and placing today's content elsewhere.

Re: Using sold articles as writing samples?

If the article is published with my byline, I will use it as a reference. After all, the buyer kept my name on it. If not, then I don't refer to it at all

Re: A plea to CC editors

That's interesting. I had never had one like that, but just today I had an article rejected and deleted on how to be more productive with smart phones. The editor's comment was that everyone already knows that stuff. Based on my extended family, nothing could be further fromthe truth. They all use F...

Re: A plea to CC editors

Yeah, I just got started back here after a short break - I have over 300 articles online. First six articles accepted quickly and 2 sold almost immediately. Then it hit the skids. Articles are getting reviewed once every few days, with numerous trivial edits. I've had 6 in a row rejected and I've ha...

Re: "New Look" Constant

Just submitted my first content to the new site and mark2 shows up under the title. Is that the editor? Don't recall ever seeing that before.

Re: Pool Request Articles Still in View Status

Both the articles eventually sold, which will teach me to have a little more patience! Thanks for the replies guys :D Speaking of patience, in the future, I'll be more patient before I jump in. Seems like the last few pool requests have had problems that crop up after the first couple of days. I'd ...

Re: Confusion about Restaurant Review public pool project

Of the 9 that I did, only one had anything on their site and most didn't even have one. That is what made the articles too time consuming to do for $8. I had to piece the entire thing together from Yelp reviews and Google Street View. Throw in losing 2 the dupes problem and I bailed

Re: Pool Request Articles Still in View Status

If this is the HP restaurant pool, there were a bunch of duplicates. If you were unlucky enough to write one, apparently, you don't get paid for your work. I got hit by 2 out of my first 9. I gave support 2 days to get back to me then unclaimed the rest. They were really too cheap even if I got paid...

Re: Unresponsive HP RESTAURANT Team Leader

I understand they were probably duplicates, but we got penalized for someone else's sloppy work. There were 600+ of these. We couldn't have been expected to figure that out, especially when we were being asked to grab or more asap. On a weekend. My gross was $55, CCs was $8K. They could have at leas...

Re: Unresponsive HP RESTAURANT Team Leader

I claimed 20 of these initially. As is frequently the case, I forgot to factor in their 65% when deciding if it was worth it, but thought they would be easy and fast. As most of you saw, there was very little info out there outside of Yelp, but I managed to get 9 of them done in a reasonable amount ...

So, you guys include your copyright as part of your submissions? How and where? That never occurred to me.
