Public Requests

To respond to a public request, do i simply attach my fully finished article at the Q&A section? Or do i have to go through CC's article submission first? If so, how and where should i go about doing it? What ensures that i get paid for my article by the customer if he likes it? How do i contact...

Public Requests: Questions

I don't know if this has been asked before, but i went through many sections of the forum and didn't find an answer.
