Writer Biography
Daniel is a graduate student studying Depth Psychology. Prior to his return to school, he was the Executive Director of a meditation center in the Boston area, He has studied and practiced in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition for over ten years, and lived and worked at a retreat center in Vermont for four years. He is also a singer/songwriter and has recorded two albums of original music. Daniel enjoys writing about mindfulness, meditation, leadership, psychology, spirituality, relationships, music, sports and travel.
