Leigh is a Hubspot certified content marketing inbound marketing content writer with a background in healthcare, business mgmt, education and customer care.

A former teacher, she has 10 years experience in corporate management of Teams of 15-30 in Medicare Insurance. The team's responsibilities included CX, nurturing partnerships with medical providers and coordinating patient care.

While handling her managerial duties, Leigh also took time out to design all training manuals and resources, that allowed her team to meet and exceed individual, team and company goals.

She also carried on high level medical discussions with Doctors, Nurses and Therapists on a regular basis, and therefore has extensive medical knowledge.

Over the past 2 years, she has been pursuing her passion, helping businesses and professionals promote themselves through customer-experience focused SEO, content marketing, eBooks, white papers, manuals, blogs, copy, etc.
