A former sales & marketing manager for a media trade association, De Scribe (Sharon Hill) spent 17 years in newspaper advertising and management, and twelve years as a freelance senior writer/analyst for a media consultancy. She also has her own freelance writing and advertising consultancy business. She is co-author of a business management book on implementing telework and managing remote workers. She has written for HR.Com, Inside Recruitment, Inside Call Center, Suite 101, Blue Ridge Business Journal, and Retirement Lifestyles of the Carolinas magazine. For clients she has written or edited job descriptions, training manuals, direct mail and marketing pieces as well as TV commercials and speeches.
