Short story competitions can be very tough and intimidating. Sometimes it seems as if they cannot be won. However, by making sure that the title makes the judges curious, the first sentence draws them in, the story progresses at a good pace, and the end is good and believable, then winning the competition should be a piece of cake.

The NEW American Dream: Business Ownership
In the old days the key to the American Dream was getting an education to get a good job and work there for the rest of your life. The way society is today, this does not work anymore. The average person spends between 1 and 5 years at job. We know what we want, and we keep hopping from job to job to get it. However, unless you´re making six figures or more, most people never get a chance to live the life that they have always wanted. Corporate America will not get you the life that you deserve. Only business ownership (and possibly investing) will.
